The apartments are distinguished by their spacious interiors and characteristic architectural features, including large windows and Barcelona's iconic hydraulic tile floors.

Val Apartments offer a 24-hour reception service, available 7 days a week. Guests also enjoy complimentary access to the ground-floor swimming pool at Suites Avenue (Passeig de Gràcia, 83), located just a 5-minute walk from the apartments.

In addition, Barcelona Apartment invites all guests to visit the Barcelona Egyptian Museum free of charge.

Barcelona Apartment is committed to providing a pleasant and peaceful stay for all our guests and neighbours. To ensure maximum comfort, parties are strictly prohibited in our apartments, as is causing any disturbance or noise during nighttime hours.

The reservation price includes one housekeeping service every three days of stay. If more frequent cleaning is required, it can be requested as an optional additional service.

All Val Apartments are duly registered under licences HUTB-5002, HUTB-5003, HUTB-5737, HUTB-5739 to HUTB-5742, HUTB-8449, HUTB-8537 and HUTB-10167.
