One-bedroom apartments of about 35 sq. meters, featuring a small balcony (upper floors) or direct access to the courtyard (ground floor). All our apartments have kitchen, dining area and bathroom. These apartments have a maximum capacity of 3 people, using a sofa-bed. The building has a self-service community laundry with washers and dryers.
